Yes, Chinese New Year is just around the corner =) cheers, ppl! it's festive season!

To have an authentic Chinese-style Spring Festival, I'm going to buy my papa Chinese-style coat and my mama a cheong sam, decorate my home with some beautiful red Chinese knots, etc. etc. etc. bla bla bla..ok, i'm just kidding. I will not do any of those. Ignore me for being lame.

I've not been celebrating Chinese New Year with Carlyn for 2 years. 2 years, no one knows how awful new year can be without a bubbly sister~ anyway, my family will be having Carlyn around this year~ horay!
I'm a typical chinese and i would wear new clothes from head to toe during the celebration as i believe it symbolises a new begining in a new year. well, it's quite a good reason to satisfy the caprice of buying brand new clothes inside a young lady, knowing that shopping is on top of her list of favourities. ok, i admit i have been spending too much on clothes and i assure this is going to be my 1st and last time spending like there is no tomorrow in 2008. =p

*no picture of my new clothes as i have no intention of showing off and buying new clothes is not something that i consider GREAT and it's certainly not a BIG THING.*

well, another 3 days to go before new year eve and my mama had prepared almost everything we need for new year eve (sorry mum, was not around to help you out), leaving me nothing to get busy with. i'm currently enjoying lots of free time, sitting at home, in front of my laptop, blogging and lying on my comfy bed, reading, walking around in the house, disturbing my brother when he's concentrating on his chess, chatting with my sister, giggling about each other's stories. ahh~i love holiday!
